About Google Malware Checker

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Google does not provide a dedicated tool specifically called "Google Malware Checker." However, Google does take measures to identify and warn users about potentially harmful websites through its Safe Browsing technology.

Google Safe Browsing is a service that helps protect users from phishing and malware-infected websites by regularly scanning and indexing the web for potentially harmful content. When you visit a website that Google has identified as potentially dangerous, you may receive a warning message in your browser.

To check if a website is flagged by Google Safe Browsing, you can use the following steps:

  1. Copy the URL of the website you want to check.
  2. Go to the Google Safe Browsing Transparency Report page: https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search
  3. Paste the URL into the search box and click on "Search."

The report will show you information about the website's safety status according to Google's Safe Browsing analysis.

Keep in mind that the information provided here is based on my knowledge as of January 2022, and there may have been updates or changes since then. Additionally, for real-time protection against malware, it is recommended to use reputable antivirus software and keep your browser and operating system up to date with the latest security patches.
